How long until I get my order? 

We promise its on its way.  All orders are shipped from our office on Monday to Friday (office hours only).  We don't operate on weekends or public holidays.  KORE Active will post your order as quickly as we can, but there may be some delays experienced.  We do appreciate your patience.  Your order should arrive within 2-7 business days once shipped (Australian orders).  Please also make allowances for other disruptions such as COVID to the postal system.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payment by Afterpay, Zip Pay, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Credit card payments are encrypted and processed securely via the payment gateway. KORE Active does not store any customer credit card details.

What do I do if the item I am looking for is no longer available for purchase online? 

Some items in our store may sell out quickly due to popular demand.  If you do miss out on purchasing the item, contact us and we will let you know if the item will become available again. Once we receive more stock and it is available for purchase, you will be sent an email letting you know that some more stock has arrived.

Can I cancel or make a change to an order?

No. Due to the complexity of managing orders, we are unable to make any changes, size amendments or cancel an order in any instance once it has been placed. 

What is your returns policy?

Part of our policy is that we need to receive your item you wish to return within 30 days of you receiving it.  The item needs to be unwashed and unworn.  Sale items nor socks are not eligible for return.  

What are my return options?

Store credit is available via a gift voucher.  Proof of purchase must be provided of course.

What if you guys sent me a faulty item?

We are  super sorry if you receive a faulty item! Each item is quality control checked before posting.  If we have sent you an item that is not quite right, please get in touch with us via our Contact Us page and we'll do everything we can in posting out a replacement item.
