COVID UPDATE

During COVID delays may occur in shipping your orders.  We will do our best to ensure your order is delivered to you as quick as possible but can not guarantee anything during these challenging times. 
KORE Active is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

AVERAGE SHIPPING TIMES/RATES (DURING NORMAL OPERATIONS)

WITHIN AUSTRALIA 

  • We offer standard shipping on all orders (tracking included).  Shipping is FREE for all orders over $99 AUD. For orders under $99 AUD a flat shipping rate of $11.95 applies.  Please allow 3 – 5 working days (Mon-Fri) for deliveries to capital cities and metro areas.  Please allow 4-10 business days for deliveries to regional areas.
  • Express Post can be selected as a shipping option a flat shipping rate of $15 applies.  Please allow 1 – 3 working days (Mon-Fri) for deliveries.

 INTERNATIONAL

  • We offer standard shipping on all orders (tracking included).  A flat shipping rate of $19 AUD applies for deliveries to New Zealand. For the USA, United Kingdom, Asia and Canada, a flat rate of of $25 AUD applies.  For the rest of the world, a $35 AUD Flat Rate applies.  Please allow 10 – 20 working days (Mon-Fri) for shipping.
Please note during new range launches, re-stocks & sales please allow an additional 1-3 days on-top of the above (this also includes express items).

DISPATCH & SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • We dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 business days.  We will get your order out to you as soon as possible.  If you place your order over a weekend or a public holiday your order will be dispatched the next business day.
  • Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email notification with tracking details of your order.  If you are unable to find the email or have not yet received it, please contact us at info@koreactive.com.au
  • Note: If your items are returned to us as the incorrect address was entered at checkout and your item needs to be re-posted out. We will invoice you $11.95 for the new postage.
Note: We use Australia Post and other couriers to deliver your parcel and are not held responsible for any delays, return to senders caused by these services.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.  All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt. Customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international shipping.
