Returns and exchange policy: Please contact us before returning any items. You can return your items within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in new condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons we can not accept returns on socks.

Complaints policy: if you wish to make a complaint please contact us info@koreactive.com.au as soon as possible. An investigation will commence and a response provided.

Pricing policy: All prices on our website are charged in AUD/Australian Dollars. All items remain as KORE active’s property until full payment has been made. KORE active is not responsible for typographic error, pricing errors, force majeure. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirmation of purchase. Please note that local charges may occur.

Force Majeure: In the case of natural disasters, war, civl war, revolution, government action, strike, lockout or similar events KOREactive.com.au will be able to carry our Force Majeure, which means that agreement does not need to be fully realised. If this occurs we will try to notify the customer of this as soon as possible. If any dispute arising we will follow the disputes tribunals decision.

Payment Options: Kore active offers the following payment options: credit card/debit card, afterpay, paypal.

Local taxes: please note local charges (sales tax, customs duties) may occur, depending on your region and local custom duties. These charges are at the customers expense. if the goods are refused by the customer and returned to the sender, we may charge you handling and shipping fee before sending the goods out again.
